Printing
To print, either click on the print toolbar button or select File, Print… If you click on the toolbar button, it will print the entire script in the mode you are presently displaying it in. If you use the menu, it will bring up the print dialog box where you can set what you want printed.

Print Modes
Just as you have four view modes (Regular, Page, Outline, & Card), you have three print modes that match the view modes. (Regular and Page view both print the same way.) There is also a special regular print mode where you can have it print in bold, all dialogue for one actor. When you select Highlight Character, it always prints in regular view. While you can set the paper size, there are only two index card layouts supported. These are the two standard Avery formats. (Avery is a paper company that sells 8½ x 11 paper that is perforated in the size of 3x5 and 4x6 index cards.)

Print Preview
You can view on the screen how your printed script will look. Either click on the print preview toolbar button or select File, Print Preview. The print preview will be in the same mode as the view mode. If your script is presently in Outline view, print preview will show you the script printing in Outline view. You can also use the scroll bar on the right to scroll up/down through the pages.
