You can check the support news group 24 hours a day. A news group is like a bulletin board. You post your questions there for everyone to read. And you can read other’s questions. These questions are then answered, by Windward Studios staff or other users of Screen Writer Studio.
Many times you will find that the question you have has already been asked and answered on the newsgroup. So the first thing you should do is look for the same question. If you don’t see your question already asked, ask it yourself. Like e-mail, we will generally answer questions posted on the newsgroup within ½ hour during technical support hours.
However, with a world-wide user base, many times you will find your question answered within 3 hours, even if you ask at 3:00 A.M.
We prefer that questions get asked via the newsgroup. Because then everyone can read the answer and that answer is available 24 hours a day.
