Printing Reports

Each report will first come up in a Print Preview window. Just click the Print button and it will print.

You can generate the following seven reports:

·      Scene Report - a one line per scene report of the scene name and length.

·      Character Report - a listing of all the dialogue, and optionally action, for a given character.

·      Note Report - a listing of all the notes in the script, by scene.

·      Scene Details - a multiple lines per scene report with detailed statistics on each scene and the entire script.

·      Scene Graph - a graph of the flow of the scenes.

·      Character Graph - a graph of a characters dialogue in the flow of the scenes.

·      Concordance - a listing of which words each character uses the most.
