Paragraph Formatting

Use the tab key to switch between fields.

Each paragraph style can be fully defined. You can also define individual paragraphs if a paragraph does not fit any of the standard styles.

To change a paragraph’s style, select Format, Edit Paragraph Style. Then select the tab at the top for the style you wish to edit. You will be on the tab for the style of the paragraph the caret is on.

When you select Apply, the entire script will be reformatted with the new style settings.

The right side of the dialog box will differ based on the style. Therefore there are three dialog boxes displayed below. Click on the control you have questions about to get more details on that control.

You can also format a paragraph individually. To do this, select Format, Paragraph. This will let you set this one paragraph’s format independent of all of the other paragraphs. Any paragraph you set individually will not be changed when you change the script style – it is it’s own format unless you set it back to a standard script format type.
