Each script has its style as part of the script file. When you create a new script, the selected style is copied in as part of the script file. Changing the script style used to create the script has no effect on a script once it is created.
To change the style of a script, you need to load (or apply) the style you want the script to use. You do this by selecting Tools, Load Script Style. This gives you a choice of styles.
The first four choices are the four standard styles. Select one of these and that style will be applied to your script.
The next choice is File. This will bring up a dialog box that allows you to select any style file. These files have the name of the show or studio they are for so it should be obvious which one you want. Select the file and press Enter and that style will be applied to the script.
The next choice is Edit Menu. This will bring up a dialog box that allows you to select script style files to appear below this point on the menu. In the example above Baywatch and Fraiser have been added to the menu using this dialog box.
Click here for the topic on the Edit dialog box.
If you do not add any styles using Edit Menu, the menu choices will stop at this point on your copy of the program. If you have added files, you can now select one of those files. Selecting a menu item, for example Fraiser in the above display, will then apply the style from that file to the script.
These styles on the bottom of the menu are just a shortcut so you do not have to bring up a dialog box to select from all the style files.
