You can have Screen Writer Studio display only paragraphs of the types you choose. You select this by clicking on the appropriate button in the show toolbar or in the menu selecting View, Show Paragraphs, {Type}, where {Type} is the paragraph type you wish to show or hide.
The toolbar will depress the buttons of the types it is showing and the menu will have a check mark next to the format types it is showing.
The default is for all paragraph types to be displayed, including notes.
Scene and Special paragraphs are always displayed.
When you print, all paragraph types that are not hidden will print. Except that notes will never print in page mode. When printing, Outline and Card mode will place as much text as possible moving lines up to previous pages when types are hidden. Page mode will move text up but the page breaks will remain at the same place.
