Enter the present word/phrase (the one that should be replaced) in the Find what prompt and the new word/phrase in the Replace with prompt. You can then select one of the following commands:
Find Next – It will find the first occurrence of the word/phrase, but not replace it. To skip a replacement, press Find Next again.
Replace – replace this occurrence of the word/phrase and check the next occurrence, possibly prompting you again if it finds another occurence.
Replace All –replace all further occurrences, with no more prompts
